  1. What is your return policy?

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 45 days of the shipping date. Please retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase. Successful returns will be processed within 15 business days and credited back to you in the form of store credits.   2. What happens if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

    Our team performs a rigorous check on all items before delivering them to you. However, we sincerely apologize if you receive a defective* or incorrect item. Please email us at hello@aureole.me with a picture and details of the defect within 10 days (local orders)/ 45 days (international orders) from the date that the order was placed. Once the defects have been confirmed, you can send the defective product back to us and we will arrange for a new item to be sent to you once we receive the defective item.

    Aureole will reimburse any shipping cost incurred (up to US$15) for the defective/incorrect item(s) sent to you. Please note that we will only proceed with the return if the item was purchased directly from us.

    *Defects do not include (1) slightly bent silver earring needles, as sterling silver is a soft, malleable metal that can easily bent; (2) minor scratches on silver/ gold items as they are precious metals polished by hand, unless the scratches are noticeable; (3) variations in pearl color or (4) not perfectly round pearls, as the pearls that we use are a naturally occurring material.

  4. How can I take care of my jewelry?

  5. Why is the value of my items listed differently on the delivery order?

    In order to fulfill customs requirements for international orders, we sometimes declare a different amount on our packing slip. This is to prevent stoppages at customs as there are some restrictions on jewelry delivery to certain regions and countries. This discrepancy is not an indication that you have received the wrong order. Please feel free to get in touch with us at hello@aureole.me to verify that your package is correct.

  6. What materials are the Aureoles made from?

    Each of our trademark pieces are crafted with precious materials: 14k Gold, Sterling Silver, Freshwater Cultured Pearls, Cubic Zirconia, and/or Diamonds. You can read more about our material selection here.
